GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General information and seller

The products offered for sale on the website https://www.paoloscaforanapoli.com are sold and invoiced by Bread and Network S.r.l.s., with registered office in Piazza Gian Lorenzo Bernini s.n.c. – 81031 Aversa (CE), VAT No. 04622460618, which manages the e-commerce platform, payments, shipping and customer service on behalf of Paolo Scafora S.r.l., with registered office in Via Tavernola, 8 – 80025 Casandrino (NA), VAT No. 05051861218.

2. Acceptance of conditions and conclusion of the contract

2.1 The sales contract entered into between Bread and Network S.r.l.s. (hereinafter also “Bread and Network”) and the Customer shall be considered concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Bread and Network.
2.2 Submission of the order by the Customer implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
2.3 These conditions may be printed or saved in electronic format, in accordance with Art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

3. Purchase methods

3.1 The products available for purchase are those published on the Website and described in the relevant product information sheets.
3.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
3.3 The Customer must complete the order in all its parts and confirm it after reviewing the terms and conditions of sale.
3.4 The order will be confirmed by email with a summary of products, prices, shipping costs and purchaser details.

4. Prices and payment methods

4.1 All prices published on the Website are expressed in Euro and include VAT.
4.2 The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (for EU countries)

4.3 Bread and Network adopts secure payment systems compliant with PCI DSS and PSD2 standards, including anti-fraud protocols and two-factor authentication.
4.4 In the event of fraudulent transactions or chargebacks not attributable to the Customer, Bread and Network shall fully bear the related losses and shall indemnify the Customer and Paolo Scafora S.r.l.

5. Delivery of products

5.1 Shipments are managed by Bread and Network S.r.l.s. on behalf of Paolo Scafora S.r.l. and depart from the latter’s headquarters at Via Tavernola 8, Casandrino (NA).
5.2 Average delivery times are 24–48 hours for available products and 4–6 weeks for customized items.
5.3 Any customs duties or import charges are borne by the recipient.
5.4 The Customer is required to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and report any anomalies within 7 days.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of the product.
6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to customerservice@paoloscaforanapoli.it and use the form available on the Website in the Returns section.
6.3 The goods must be returned, at the Customer’s expense, to the following address:
Paolo Scafora S.r.l. – Via Tavernola, 8, 80025 Casandrino (NA).
6.4 Products must be returned intact, complete and in their original packaging.
6.5 Returns of customized or made-to-order products are not accepted, except in cases of lack of conformity.
6.6 The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Warranties

7.1 All products sold are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity.
7.2 The warranty becomes void in the event of improper use or use not compliant with the provided instructions.

8. Customer Care and order management

The Customer Service is managed by Bread and Network S.r.l.s. with dedicated bilingual staff (Italian/English), operating 5 days a week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (CET).
Customer Care is responsible for:

  • order management, payments, fraud prevention and shipping;
  • coordination with couriers and preparation of shipping documentation;
  • after-sales assistance and returns management;
  • responding to email requests within 24 working hours.

9. Privacy and data processing

Personal data is processed by Paolo Scafora S.r.l. as Data Controller and by Bread and Network S.r.l.s. as External Data Processor pursuant to Art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Bread and Network undertakes to:

  • process data exclusively according to the Controller’s instructions;
  • adopt appropriate security measures;
  • not transfer data to third countries without authorization;
  • cooperate in managing data breaches or data subject requests.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the Court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
