Refund policy

REFUND

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks. If the outcome is positive, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the processing of the refund.

The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the goods using the same payment method used to place the order.

You will be refunded the price of the purchased products. PAOLO SCAFORA does not allow merchandise exchanges but will refund the cost of returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order.

Please also note that the technical time required to receive the refund depends on the internal procedures of your bank.

Return for defective or incorrect product

In addition to the right of withdrawal, by law you are entitled to receive a suitable product, or what is legally defined as “a product that conforms to what was agreed”.

PAOLO SCAFORA is committed to providing high-quality products and services. If, for any reason, you wish to submit a complaint regarding a product purchased online (in case of defects and/or non-conformity), please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@paoloscaforanapoli.it.

Please provide all necessary information, preferably including the relevant order number and photos showing the product labels of the item you received.

Before proceeding with shipping the goods, please wait for a response from our Customer Care. You will receive a confirmation email containing all instructions to proceed with the shipment of the product.

In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, PAOLO SCAFORA will arrange collection of the product at its own expense.
